The course aims to equip participants with the skills to manage European projects through effective use of the European Commission’s portal — from basic navigation to handling Grant Agreement Amendments — including day-to-day and periodic management, reporting, communication with the assigned Project Officer, risk management, dissemination reporting, and managing grant payments.
